These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Plant Grid mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms and the app store's terms of service.
Plant Grid offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
Free users may optionally watch a rewarded advertisement to receive additional plant scans. Watching ads is entirely optional and is never required to use the core features of the App.
Plant identification is powered by the PlantNet service and is provided for convenience only. Results are estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the App to determine whether a plant is safe, edible, or non-toxic. Always verify with a qualified expert before consuming or handling any plant.
You are responsible for the walls, plants, and information you create and for anyone you choose to share a wall with. Do not share content you do not have the right to share.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that watering reminders will always be delivered. Plant care outcomes are your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plant Grid and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of or damage to plants, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. You can request deletion of your account and data as described on our Support page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
