Need help? We're here for you.
Tap any empty cell in your wall grid. You can either search the plant catalog, or tap the camera icon to identify a plant from a photo.
Green — your plant was watered recently and is doing well.
Yellow — your plant is getting thirsty. Water it soon.
Red — your plant needs water now.
Gray — the cell is empty.
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon). You can adjust the number of days for the green and yellow zones to match your plant care routine.
Check that notifications are enabled for Plant Grid in your phone's Settings app. Also confirm the notification time is set in the app's Settings screen. Notifications fire when a plant transitions between zones — if all your plants are in the green zone, you won't receive any.
Open the wall, tap the share icon in the top right, and choose "Share via Link" or "Invite by Email". The recipient will see your wall added to their list after accepting.
PlantNet's AI is very accurate but not perfect. You can scroll down the results list to see other matches with their confidence scores, or skip the result and search the catalog manually.
You can delete your account directly in the app: open Settings, scroll to the Cloud Sync section, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all your walls and plant data. This action cannot be undone.
